  1. Growing dahlias in a smaller indoor system, all the roots have intertwined and I’m curious if I should cut them or carefully untangle bc I’m planning on putting them in a planter

  2. I have a sweet italian basil plant that is so large, it’s above my hydroponic unit (I’ve a QYO 12 pod). And when cleaning the basin, the roots have pretty much covered the entire bottom. So I came looking how to trim and if it would hurt my plant. I think I got my answer. Ty. I guess if it goes wrong, I could always grow more… lol

  3. So the roots you cut aren’t affected by root rot? They look brown, slimy, and conjoined? Or is that just what happens to roots after being in water for a while. New to DWC, so trying to learn 🙂
